Anyone who have Acrobat Reader or any program that can read PDF files, can open and view the PDF files – regardless what version of PDF reader you’re using. But id you send someone the files in another format i.e microsoft office format, the will be an issue when the files that you’ve sent in microsoft 2007 version but the person who want to open your document only have microsoft 2003 installed on his machine. And this is  why this techniques is the safest way so far.

I’m using the software call cutePDF to do this simple technique.  The software can be downloaded here at official website of cutePDF. Wait!! you have to install 2 application (from the same website) to make cutePDF up and running.

1. Converter  – this application will be the ‘engine’ to change the files’ format into PDF files. You can download it here – FREE Converter
2. CuteWriter – this will be the main program to do this simple technique. You can download it here – cutePDF

East Step

1. Install all the files that you’ve been downloaded before – an installation will be very quick and easy.
2. Once you’ve done installing all those 2 programs, you can start to priont almost anything – misrodoft documents, text files or even website screen.
3. To start printing, you just need to open the file that you want to convert into PDF format (ie – microsoft word). Then like normal printing technique, you’ll need to select “print” from the menu . The “print” dialog box will apear to enable you to pick which printer that you want to use – and in this case, you have to select “cute PDF Writer” printer. Yup! The “cute PDF writer” will be one of your printer (but it’s virtual printer). Click ‘ok’ after that.
4. After that, the “Save As” dialog box will be displayed and you need to fill the file name to start printing (sorry.. converting!!). You better put the meaningful name so that it’ll be easy for you to trace back the PDF files someday (I have nearly thousand of PDF files on my machine, that’s why I need a meneangfull fine name).
5. There you go, you’ve successfully transfer you files into PDF format using the same technique that i’m using.

Since this is FREE programs, this converter sometimes will not convert “exactly” what’s on the screen (especially web screen) – so, it’s not what u c is what u get!! But in most of document like Misrosoft Office, text file – the program will print exactly what’s on the screen.

CutePDF also only 1 way converter – which is mean that you can only transfer from microsoft office documents into PDF , but not from PDF into microsoft office. In order to have more advance converter, of course you have to pay for it. But it’s worth buying because of the functionalities .  You can buy cutePDF Pro or can buy another PDF converter like Nitro PDF to use extra functions such as :

1. password protected PDF files
2. reverse conversion – eg : from PDF into word, from PDF into test files etc.

I’m using crack version for Nitro PDF and I’m satisfied with the result. Anyone want to have crack version, please leave an email address in comment section… or just wait for my second simple technique – simple downloading technique.
